Client v. Lowes Home Center
Our Client was injured as a result of a defective stool that she purchased from Lowe’s which caused her to sustain a traumatic brain injury. An advanced MRI with Diffusion Tensor Imaging identified a structural injury to part of her brain. Due to the nature of her brain injury, she was unable to return to work and struggled with her daily activities.
