Client v. State of New York
Our Client was a 39-year-old plumber who was involved in a car accident. While driving home from work, he encountered a large body of water on the roadway that was adjacent to the Hudson River. Unable to avoid the body of water, he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole. He suffered extensive internal injuries that ultimately resulted in his wrongful death. Our investigation revealed that the State of New York had been aware of the roadway flooding for at least 18 years prior to our Client’s accident.
