Our Client trip and fell over debris while working on a construction site. As a result, he sustained a severe knee injury that required several surgeries. Unfortunately, due to the nature of his injuries, our Client was unable to return to his job as a construction worker; effectively, resulting in a decline in his ability to earn money throughout the course of his life.
