Client v. United Parcel Service
Our Client was struck by a UPS truck that caused him to strike the side of his head on pavement. As a result, he sustained a fractured skull and a traumatic brain injury that required surgery to reduce the swelling in his brain. Although he was able to return to work in a limited capacity as a sound engineer, he required extensive cognitive rehabilitation. We were able to successfully demonstrate the significance of his brain injury using 3D brain imaging.
