Our Client was a high school student who was injured during a hip-hop dance class. She was flipped over backward by another student and was dropped on to her head. As a result, she sustained a traumatic brain injury. Despite the defense’s efforts to get the case dismissed, we successfully argued that the instructor’s failure increased our Client’s risk of being injured.
