Our Client was struck by a Fed Ex delivery truck that knocked her to the ground and caused her to hit her head on the pavement. As a result, she suffered a traumatic brain injury to the right side of her brain. With use of 3D bio-mechanical reconstruction of the accident, we were able to successfully demonstrate how the driver caused our Client’s injuries.
