Our Client was guest at the Omni Hotel and slipped on a puddle. As a result, our Client suffered an injury to her wrist that later developed into Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). Unfortunately, our Client was unable to work and underwent many years of rehabilitation. After the hotel denied that it created the puddle, we hired an investigator to locate a former hotel employee who confirmed that the puddle was in fact that cleaning fluid once used by the hotel and successfully argued in favor of our Client.
